Return Policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please email support@dreamhome-ny.com or call 212-447-6400 to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we will pay for the return shipping.

Changed Your Mind or Don't Like the Color
You may return an unused item within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you use a return label from us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Items We Cannot Accept
Used or washed items, items without original packaging, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know it was approved or declined. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Colors
Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person. This is not a reason for a damaged or defective claim, but you may return the item under the change-of-mind terms above.
